| 摘 要： | 本文以新疆地区1985年~2004年固定资产投资数据为依据,应用投资率和投资效益系数两个指标,在与全国平均水平进行比较的基础上,分析了新疆固定资产投资的滞后效应,并对如何提高固定资产投资绩效提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of 1985~2004 related to the investment of fixed assets in the areas of Xinjiang,with two indexes,investment ratio and coefficient of investment efficiency,and a comparison with national average level,this paper analyzes the lagging effectiveness of fixed assets investment in the areas of Xinjiang,and puts forward some suggestions about how to improve the performance of fixed assets investment. |
