| 摘 要： | 东道国地方政府与外商投资之间的博弈是一个不完全信息博弈模型,通过对此模型进行分析,得出其最优贝叶斯纳什均衡结果的FDI规模。进一步,通过对影响上述均衡的各种参数条件进行比较静态分析,得出影响最优投资规模的因素:市场容量、人力资本、产业集聚及其关联效应、基础设施、投资自由化。在此基础上,结合中国FDI发展的实际情况,提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The game between host government and foreign investors is a game mode of incomplete information.By analyzing the mode,this paper has obtained the optimal FDI scale from the balanced Baye Nash.Through comparative static analysis of conditions,the paper gets the factors which affect optimal investment of FDI:market′s capacity,human capital,industrial agglomeration and correlated effects,infrastructure and investment′s liberalization.Finally,the corresponding policy and proposals are put forward based on the actual situation of development of FDI in our country. |
