试论高校创新人才培养

加快高校创新人才培养步伐不仅是知识经济时代全面推进素质教育的必然要求，而且也是高校自我发展的内在要求。笔者在探讨了创新、创新教育与创新人才的内涵和本质的基础上，针对我国高校创新人才培养中存在的主要问题，提出了创新人才培养实施要点。

Nowdays, each country and college pays much attention to creative talents cultivation in high-learning institute. This article discusses the meaning and essence of innovation, innovative education and creative talents.
