软基处理措施现状分析

对于新建工程,原则上首先应考虑利用天然地基,对于淤泥和淤泥质土利用其上覆较好土层作为地基持力层,当上覆土层较薄,应注意避免施工时对淤泥和淤泥质土的扰动;对于冲填、杂填建筑垃圾和性能稳定的工业废料,当均匀性和密实度较好时,均可利用作为地基持力层;对于有机质含量较多的生活垃圾和对基础有腐蚀性的工业废料等杂填土,未经处理不宜作为地基持力层。
