| 摘 要： | 以E型薄板零件为例,根据零件的结构特点和材料特性,确定夹具的动力装置,设计传力装置和定位夹紧装置的三维结构,并对夹具的主要夹紧力进行计算和校核,最后设计出了一套用于薄板类零件定位装夹的夹具。

| Abstract: | Taking E sheet parts as an example,according to the structure characteristics and material properties of the spare parts,the article determined the power device of fixture,design the three-dimensional structure of force transmission device and positioning and clamping device,also calculates and checks the main clamping force,finally it designs a set of fixture for positioning and clamping sheet parts. |
