| Abstract: | Planning of mineral resources development and utilization is now carried out all over the country. As it is a new job, many issues, such as the nature and system of mineral resources development and utilization projects, their functions and features, the determination of the minimum scale for establishing a new mine, etc.,are still under discussion. In this article, the authors, based on their practical experience, put forward their own poinions and view points towards the above questions. |
