| Abstract: | In today's economical times,with the intense competition of talented persons,the important task of the management of staff is to build up the Creative ability in favor of attracting,developing and retaining talents to stir up the creating and enthusiasm of the staff.Therefore difficulties in aspects of attracting,developing and retaining talents are becoming a bottleneck of the sustainable development of domestic enterprises. |
