| 摘 要： | 规划现代物流园区能增强城市空间的集聚和辐射能力,同时也有助于缓解城市交通压力,促进城市产业结构的完善和用地结构的优化、调整.考虑到物流园区的规模和空间积聚能力,本文认为有必要对其进行交通影响分析以实现物流园区规划建设的最大效益.借鉴国内外交通影响分析的技术和实践就物流园区规划中的交通影响分析的特点、分析框架、技术进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | It is necessary for the urban logistics parks planning to build up the special centralization and radiation,help to relax the pressure of urban transportation,promote the perfect structure of the industry,and optimize the land structure.Given the urban logistics parks' dimensions and effect,it is essential to carry out the traffic impact analysis of urban logistics parks in order to achieve the most benefit.The speciality,the analysis frame and the technique of the urban logistics parks are proposed in this paper. |
