制度缺失、行为扭曲与我国出口贸易的扩张——来自我国省际面板数据的实证分析

本文考察了我国市场化改革过程中出现的社会信用体系和知识产权保护制度对我国出口贸易扩张的影响机理,提出转型背景下,我国的某些"特殊"制度因素刺激我国众多企业以代工或贴牌方式出口的扩张。利用我国1990-2004年的省际面板数据和动态面板GMM估计方法,对理论假说进行了实证检验。结果显示,我国的社会信用体系和知识产权保护制度是导致我国出口贸易扩张的重要内生激励因素之一。这样的出口发展模式不利于我国自主创新的开展与自主品牌的构建,不利于经济的可持续发展。本文的主要政策含义在于,制度缺失下我国出口的高速增长是畸形且不可持续的,应尽快纠正由于制度缺失而导致的出口行为的"扭曲",以促进我国出口贸易和国民经济的可持续发展。

Absence of System, Behavior Distortion and China Export Trade Expansion

This paper studies China social credit system and intellectual property protection system and their influence to the export trade in the process of reformation.
