| 摘 要： | 文章从权利与义务的相对性、倾销与反倾销的争议性以及反倾销在WTO法律体制内的地位三个方面进行了论证,认为WTO成员并未承担防止和避免倾销的义务。中国应合理规范当前的出口贸易秩序。
