| 摘 要： | 本文利用相关统计数据,从实证角度分析了中国与越南之间双边贸易发展的特点及其存在的问题。随着中国与越南两国双边贸易的发展,两国之间的相互依赖程度逐渐提高;中国与越南双边贸易中的波动性和不平衡性特征仍然较为明显,面临一系列矛盾和问题;在中国-东盟自由贸易区的框架下加强两国之间的跨国区域合作,才可能妥善解决双边贸易矛盾和摩擦;应尽快推动两国之间的昆明——老街——河内——海防和南宁——凭祥——河内——海防两条跨国经济走廊和环北部湾经济圈的构建。
