| 摘 要： | 建筑施工企业物流成本控制是建筑物流管理中一个很重要的组成部分,如何降低物流成本已成为企业提高经济效益的重要手段。文章从建筑施工企业物流成本的现状入手,分析建筑企业物流成本居高不下的原因,并提出相应对策。
