| 摘 要： | 当前我国社会阶层结构出现了新的变化，对于构建和谐社会提出了新的要求，要高度关注和协调好三种阶层关系，即强势阶层与弱势阶层、强势阶层之间以及失意精英阶层与弱势阶层之间的关系。妥善协调不同阶层之间的利益关系，首要的是建立顺畅的利益表达机制。

| Abstract: | At the present time,some new changes have taken place in the structure of social stratum and they are making some challenges for building of harmonious society.It is very important to pay much attention to and adjust three major kinds of stratum relationship,which are relationship between strong stratum and weak one,among strong strata and between stratum of disappointed elites and weak one.It is a priority to form a smooth channel for different social strata to express their ideas and request of interests. |
