摘    要:研究了改性海泡石对废水中重金属离子(Zn2+)的吸附能力,考察了多种改性条件对海泡石性能的影响,在100℃、盐酸浓度1 mol/L时,改性后的海泡石吸附能力最佳,为6.0 mg/g。同时比较了粘合剂、溶剂对海泡石成型的影响,经过对成型后收率、机械强度、粘结度、水溶性、价格等因素的比较,可以得出以下结论:聚氯乙烯为最优粘合剂,环己酮为最优溶剂,并考察了粒径对海泡石吸附能力影响,可知粒径为0.5~1 mm时海泡石的吸附能力最佳。

Abstract:Absorption capacity of modified sepiolite on heavy metal ions(Zn2+)from wastewater was studied.Some modified conditions on sepiolite were investigated,the optimal conditions as follows:temperature was 100 ℃,concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1 mol/L,and adsorption capacity of modified sepiolite was 6.0 mg/g.Kinds of adhesives and solvents were compared with each other,comprehensively considered from yield,mechanical strength,degree of bonding,water solubility,price,and so on.PVC which was as adhesive and cyclohexanone which was as optimal solvent were determined,and particle size of sepiolite on adsorption capacity of sepiolite was investigated.0.5~1 mm which was the best particle size of sepiolite were determind.
