| 摘 要： | 编辑资源是大学出版社的核心人力资源。编辑人才缺失已成为制约出版社发展的瓶颈。必须更新编辑人才聘用观念和管理模式,建立科学合理的用人机制,加强教育培训,优化配置人才资源,充分发挥人才的潜能。
