| 摘 要： | 开发区作为城市产业的集聚区,对区域产业发展和城市化水平的影响日益显著。通过界定开发区土地集约利用的内涵,采用文献资料法和因果分析法,结合《开发区土地集约利用评价规程(试行)》,对开发区土地集约利用评价中的指标体系、土地利用状况调查、理想值和指标权重的确定进行探讨研究,在完善评价指标体系的基础上,提出评价模型中指标理想值应分行业确定、权重值应采用主观权重和客观权重组合的最优权重等建议,最终实现评价的科学性和增强成果的应用性。
