| 摘 要： | 面对新经济时代的到来 ,人才成为知识经济的先决条件。本文阐述了中小企业要在新经济时代立于不败之地 ,关键在于人力资源开发 ,推行员工职业生涯规划 ,形成员工职业生涯发展与组织发展互相匹配 ,共同推进的局面的观点。

| Abstract: | Facing the coming era of neo-economy, the men of talents have been becoming the prerequisite of knowledge economy. This paper illustrates the key point that can make mid and small-sized enterprises stand to win in the epoch depends on developing human recourses, proceeding the program of employee's career, Forming the match between development of employee's career and development of organization, and, as a result, establishing the phase that all of the above move forward together. |
