由信息不对称引发的房地产中介违规行为研究

随着中国房地产市场的发展,房地产中介机构也逐步兴盛起来,中介机构的发展对房地产市场的繁荣起到了一定的促进作用,但是也暴露了一些严重的问题。由于信息不对称的存在,使得房屋买卖中不断出现中介欺诈,利用信息诱骗消费者的现象。本文讨论了如何利用信息技术降低信息不对称对消费者的影响,以及给出政策建议以杜绝中介欺诈行为的产生。

Research of real estate industry agent illegal behavior caused by information asymmetry

With the development of China＇s real es- tate market, real estate agency also thrives. Though the agency institutions have played a positive role in promoting the real estate market, some serious prob- lems exposed therewith. Due to the existence of infor- mation asymmetry, agency fraud constantly appeared in the sale and purchase of houses. It occurs that the real estate agency utilize the information advantages to cheat the customers. This paper discussed how to use the information technology to reduce the information asymmetry, as well as suggestions and policy to extin- guish agency fraud.
