我国民营企业人力资源管理中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:经历了30年的改革开放,我国民营企业得到了前所未有的发展。然而,伴随着蓬勃发展的同时,"昙花一现"成为许多民营企业最终的命运。制约民营企业发展的问题有多个,而核心问题可归结为人力资源管理问题。目前人力资源管理中存在诸多不足,如何弥补人力资源管理中的这些不足,使民营企业得到健康、快速的发展,是值得共同关注的话题。

Abstract:After 30 years of reform and opening up, China's private enterprises have been an unprecedented development, However, along with the growth and development, "a flash in the pan" becomes many private enterprises ultimate fate. There are many problems restricting the development of private enterprises, while the core problem can be attributed to human resource management. Making up to the shortcomings in human resource management in order to promote private enterprises developing effectively and quickly should deserve our common attention.
