高职院校高技能人才培养存在问题与对策

针对高职院校高技能人才培养存在办学理念落后、重理论轻实践、重考试轻质量、教育手段落后、师资力量薄弱、缺乏特色教育和品牌产品等问题，提出深化高等职业教育改革、走品牌战略发展之路，实行学分制、弹性学制，设计符合社会发展需要的合理教学与考核机制，加强校企合作、创新合作方式制度，加强师资队伍建设，不断改进教学条件和设施等高职院校高技能人才培养对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of Highly Skilled Personnel Cultivation in Higher Vocational College
