浅论高职院校教学秘书人际关系构建

高职院校教学秘书工作环境比较复杂，在处理人际关系上除了需要耐心细致，自我调节等能力之外，还需要从内外因素努力。在内因上，教学秘书应强调自身是和所有教职工平等的社会人、顺利融入学校非正式关系；在外因上，上级领导应该改善教学秘书的工作环境以及提高其工作满意度。

On the Construction of Teaching Secretary’ s Interpersonal Relationship

Due to complicated working environment in higher vocational college , teaching secretary is facing many diffi-culties.They not only require patience , carefulness and self regulation , but also need to make effort from internal and external factor .In internal one , teaching secretary should realize that he or she is equal to any other staff and adjust to informal relationship in college , and in external one , college leaders should improve teaching secretary ’ s working envi-ronment and job satisfaction .
