IT服务管理在企业的实施研究

摘    要:目前,IT服务管理已被大多数企业所关注,但他们更多的是考虑了如何去使用这样的一个系统,却没有仔细的去想如何打造一个适合这种系统的组织体系,造成实施成功率的低下。针对组织体系这一角度展开,结合企业文化、结构等要素,以生命周期法为导向,将服务管理的实施划分成五个阶段,并为每个阶段建立了实施方法。阐述了企业如何从思想意识上真正地实施IT服务管理。
