中国大陆与台湾地区有效经济增长的比较分析

本文提出有效经济增长的概念,构建了有效经济增长动态模型,建立了超额人均收入等相关变量的测定方法,试图从一个全新的角度重新审视两岸经济的发展状况。基本结论是:同一经济发展阶段的增长水平相比较,大陆有效经济增长水平低、增速慢;同一时期增长趋势相比较,我国台湾地区有效经济增长停滞不前,大陆则仍处于加速上升阶段,有望实现赶超,但当前大陆有效经济增长的阻滞力大于台湾,要想顺利实现经济赶超,需通过多种途径克服有效经济增长的减损强度,以实现经济赶超与有效经济增长的可持续性。

Comparative Analysis on Effective Economic Growth between China Mainland and Taiwan Area

This paper introduces the new concept of "effective economic growth",sets up the dynamic model for effective economic growth,puts forward determination method of excess income per capita,etc,and attempts to re-exam the development of cross-straits economy from new perspective.Our main results are as following:comparing the growth level of each other in the same economy development stage,effective economic growth in mainland is low and increasing speed is slow,while comparing the growth trend of each other in present stage,effective economic growth in Taiwan area is standstill,but in mainland it is still in accelerate increasing stage,which is hopeful to achieve economic advancement.However,the blocking force of effective economic growth in mainland is larger than that of in Taiwan area at present.Therefore,if we want to realize economic advancement successfully,we need to overcome the intensity of derogation in effective economic growth by various ways to achieve economic advancement and the lasting effective economic growth.
