| 摘 要： | 物流园区选址在整个物流系统中占有非常重要的地位，需要决策者综合考虑多种因素。通过比较物流园区选址的方法,运用主成分分析的方法，选择最佳物流园区地址。通过实例说明该方法的有效性，并且能很好地解决物流园区的选址问题。在进行选择时可以借助多元统计分析软件SPSS，以便减少计算量，得到更准确的结果。

| Abstract: | Logistics zone's site selection is crucial to logistics planning, which involves numerous elements. By comparing the logistics zone site selection method, this paper chooses principle component analysis to select the best logistics zone address. By citing example, it demonstrates the validity of this method that can well solve the location-choosing of logistics zone. Can make use of SPSS sofeware to choose the best logistics zone address in order to reduce the computation and get accurate results. |
