| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济和金融体制改革的进一步深化,利率杠杆对宏观经济调节作用的不断凸显,利率市场化将呈加速之势。研究并借鉴已实施利率市场化国家和地区的成功经验,吸取其失败教训,对我国实现利率市场化具有十分重要的意义。
