| 摘 要： | 美国国家公园的管理体制和模式,对新兴的地质公园管理体制的建立有着极其重要的参考价值,美国的国家公园管理模式有其成功之处但也有与中国国情不相适应的方面,同时,我国风景名胜区管理模式也存在着政出多门、条块分割等弊端,建立适应中国国情和地质公园自身发展需要的地质公园管理模式,应借鉴美国国家公园管理的经验,结合中国国情,力避条块分割和多头指挥,政企、事企分开,合理开发和有效保护地质遗迹。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the successful management mode of National Parks in USA and points out that this mode is not all fit for China National Geo-park.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems of the management system of Chinese Scenic Spot.At last,the paper gives some suggestions on China National Geo-park management mode establishment on the basis both of the success in USA and of Chinese situations. |
