| Abstract: | China emprises has already participated international competition.Especially for multinational corporations,they try to reduce the cost and maintain the technology lead,and they also moved towards the technical alliance development way step by step.The paper analyzes the present situation and solution factors of the technology strategy alliance of Chinese Multinational Corporation,and puts forward some measures to make it develop better. |
