| 摘 要： | 通过对有关统计数据的分析,指出我国当今空置房的现状;并根据数据预测我国将面临由该问题带来的严重后果,提出了数个减少房屋空置面积的办法。寄语中国能尽快减少空置房,并借房地产业之力带动整个国民经济飞速发展。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly points out the actuality of leisurable houses in our country nowadays using relating data, and then, forecasts the serious sequent set by them from now on; in succession, brings forward couples of ways for dealing with the problems. In the end, hoping that all will be well and economy of China will developing at very fast speed resorting real estate. |
