| 摘 要： | 本文对建筑工程建设工程项目风险识别方式及相关防控措施进行分析研究,根据建筑工程建设工程项目所面临的风险的特征,结合我国建筑市场现状,提出一些在我国实行建设项目风险控制与管理策略,以使我国建筑业进入良性循环。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the way of risk identification of construction project and the relevant prevention and control measures.According to the characteristics of risks faced by construction projects,combing with the situation of China's construction market,some strategies about the risk control and management of construction projects in our country are proposed to make China's construction industry into a virtuous circle. |
