变革领导力与创业拼凑:员工建言与刻意练习的权变作用研究

近年来，创业拼凑作为解决新企业资源约束问题的有效方式，逐渐引起创业领域相关学者的研究兴趣，但已有文献对创业拼凑的实施及驱动因素的研究明显不足。因此，文章整合路径依赖理论和变革领导理论，构建变革领导力、创业拼凑、员工建言和刻意练习之间关系的理论模型。对198份新企业问卷调查数据进行实证分析，研究表明变革领导力对计划拼凑和即兴拼凑具有积极的促进作用，员工建言在变革领导力与计划拼凑和即兴拼凑的关系中起中介作用，刻意练习正向调节员工建言与计划拼凑和即兴拼凑之间关系。

Transformational Leadership and Entrepreneurial Bricolage: the Contingency Role of Employee Voice and Deliberate Practice

Acting as an effective way to solve the resource constraint problems of new firms, entrepreneurial bricolage gradually attracted more and more research attention in entrepreneurship field in recent years. However, there is a glaring research gap to explore the antecedents of entrepreneurial bricolage. Therefore, in this paper, we integrate path-dependence theory with transformational leadership theory to construct a theory model among transformational leadership, entrepreneurial bricolage, employee voice and deliberate practice. The empirical research based on 198 samples of China's new firms shows that:the transformational leadership significantly impacts planned bricolage and improvised bricolage; employee voice has a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and planned bricolage and improvised bricolage, deliberate practice positively moderates the relationship between employee voice and planned bricolage and improvised bricolage.
