产业政策研究的演化经济学范式:日文文献的贡献

近年来,在产业政策研究领域,演化经济学逐渐呈现出成为主要范式之一的趋势。日文文献是演化经济学范式的早期来源之一,代表了演化经济学范式的一个发展方向。但是,受制于语言壁垒和学科偏见,日文文献的贡献被长期湮没。考证相关文献,我们发现,具有演化经济学特色的日文产业政策研究出现于八十年代初期,在九十年代持续发展,近十余年来取得重要进展。相关日文文献依托技术革新研究和企业史研究,主要讨论企业合理化政策对于企业能力的影响。与相关英文文献相比,日文文献历史更久、更具深度。理解日文文献的贡献,有助于推动产业政策研究的演化经济学范式持续发展、改善中国的政策实践。

Evolutionary Economics-based Studies of Industrial Policy: Contribution of Japanese Literature

The evolutionary economics has become one of the major research paradigms in the field of studies of industrial policy. The Japanese literature is one source of the evolutionary economics-based studies of industrial policy. However, these Japanese literatures have not been emphasized. We find that these Japanese literatures appeared in the early 1980s, developed in the 1990s, and made solid progress in the past decade. In this field, based on the studies of technological innovation and business history, the Japanese scholars focus on the topic that how the firm rationalization policy shape the evolution of firm capability. Compared to the English literature, the Japanese literature contributed more valuable theoretical perspectives and empirical studies.
