| 摘 要： | 从城市社会、经济、环境方面,详细分析了导致城市经营风险的各内部因素。在此基础上,指出应该从城市经营价值观,政府定位、职能转变,城市经营监督机制、城市资源循环利用体系的建立,以及城市经营风险预警系统的建立等方面入手,防范城市经营风险。

| Abstract: | The essay analyses the internal factors which may cause the risk of urban management from the aspects of urban society, economy, and environment . Based on the urban management risk research, points out that city should guard against the urban management risk by setting up correct value of urban management, fixing government position, changing working talent, perfecting supervision mechanism of urban management, building up circulating usage system of urban resources and early - warning system of urban management risk, etc. |
