| 摘 要： | 新农村建设的动力包括内力和外力。新农村建设需要外力来推动，但不能完全依靠外力。建设新农村更需要挖掘农村内部的动力因素，调动农村内部的一切积极力量。新型农民是推动新农村建设持续发展的最重要的内在动力。

| Abstract: | The forces of new rural construction include the internal ones and external ones. New rural construction need external forces to promote, however, new rural construction can not completely rely on external forces. Building a new countryside need tap the power of internal factors, and mobilize all positive forces within rural areas. New-type farmers are the most important internal force of promoting new rural construction sustainable development. |
