| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资困难源于外生交易费用与分工好处的两难冲突.也有内生交易费用和分工好处的两难冲突。为降低信息不对称程度,减少交易费用,通过意会型知识的应用,以及大型商业银行的组织更新对缓解中小企业融资困难有较大的作用。

| Abstract: | The financing difficulty of medium-sized and small-sized enterprises comes from the predicaments be- tween external transaction costs and benefit of division,it also comes from the predicaments between internal trans- action costs and benefit of division;in order to decrease the degree of non-symmetry information and the transac- tion cost,the applying of tacit acknowledge and the organization's refom of great commercial banks can be a great help to analyze the difficulty of medium and small-sized enterprises financing. |
