论劳动生产率与价格总水平的关系

作者认为，虽然各国政府都力图保持价格总水平的稳定，而且随着劳动生产率的提高，商品价值量也不断降低，但商品价格总水平并没有降低，而且还有不断上升的趋势。这是因为纸币流通为价格总水平上涨提供了可能，同时，普遍降低价格总水平不利于经济的发展。如果各国政府都把稳定价格总水平作为价格管理目标，能否实现以及在多大程度上实现这一目标．主要取决于该国的经济实力。价格总水平的上涨是国家为实现其职能所付出的代价。

On the Relation between labour productivity and Gross price level

AbstractIn the author's opinion, although every government tries to maitain the stability of gross price level and value volume of commodity become less with the increase of labour productivity, gross level of commodity pricenever become lower at all, on the contrary, it has a tendency to increase. it is because the movement of paper money causes a possibility for the enhancement of gross price level.Furthermore,it is not good for economic development to lower gross price level.Every government regards stabilizing gross price level as the object of price management.Whether a government can realize this object or not, it depends on a country'seconomic strength. The increase of gross price level is the sacrifice a country makes for exercizing its function.
