论土地环境

研究目的:从土地环境的角度探讨土地利用、保护和管理的途径.研究方法:综合分析法.研究结果:界定了土地环境的概念,分析了其构成体系和基本特征,解读了土地自然环境、工程环境和社会环境对土地的影响,依据土地环境的诱因对土地问题进行了分类,并对土地环境分析评价技术路线进行了框架设计.研究结论:中国原生土地问题、次生土地问题和社会土地问题都非常严重,致使人地关系失调,土地关系失衡.

Land Environment:new perspective

Land environment consists of substance, space and social system living on it, and can be classified as nature physical environment, man-made physical environment and social environment. Land environment shows three main characters:global, regional, dynamic and relative stable. The land environment not only determines land value but also the pattern, structure, and benefit of land use. From perspective of land environment, the writers classify the land problems into three kinds:primary land problems, secondary land problems and social land problems. The results show that all these problems are widely concerned in China, and have caused severe negative influences, such as conflicts between land and human beings etc.
