| 摘 要： | 从总店对分店的管理模式与账户核算内容两个角度，以核算内容为基础设立分店会计的相应账户，可以从整体上优化账户体系，当对应账户不一致时，按“冲销”而不是“补记”的思路编制调整分录更符合汇编财务报表的内在要求。
