| 摘 要： | 社会主义公有制是公有制的一种具体历史形态，具有自身的本质特征。股份制是所有制的一种存在形式，同时也是所有制的一种实现形式。在市场经济条件下，股份制具有强大的生命力，完善基本经济制度离不开所有制结构的调整和完善。

It is impossibal to perfect the basic economic system without the adjustment of the ownership structurefirstly. |
