| 摘 要： | 在对薪酬分配效率与公平的概念进行分析的基础上,以马克思主义理论为依据,设计衡量企业薪酬分配的效率与公平程度的指标,并对我国上市公司薪酬分配效率与公平性进行描述统计分析,同时提出促进企业建立效率与公平相结合的薪酬分配政策的对策。
