摘 要: | 基于Navier-Stokes方程和SST k-ω湍流模型,对离心泵内部流动进行数值模拟,分析离心泵蜗舌区瞬态流动特性。计算所得扬程和效率与试验结果吻合较好,模拟方法可行。结果表明:不同流量下,蜗舌区压力脉动的主要影响因素是动静干涉作用,压力脉动主频均为叶频及其倍频;小流量时,压力脉动幅值随流量的减小而增加,压力脉动低频段出现一些复杂激励频率,流量降至0. 4Qd时,甚至出现1/5fr(叶轮转频);设计流量时压力脉动最大幅值在蜗舌端处最大,失速状态下在蜗舌靠近叶轮出口处最大,其值约为设计流量时的4. 9倍,是由此处随时间剧烈变化的旋涡引起。
