| 摘 要： | 地质工作的项目作业大多属于非标准的“特殊过程”,所以建立质量管理体系要突出行业特色,以过程确认为重点。本文强调体系文件的重心应放在指导项目实施的作业指导书和项目质量计划层次上,以满足质量管理体系在项目作业层面上的适宜性要求,指出整合三级质量检查验收制度、改善检查工作的质量记录、严格控制不合格,是提高地质工作贯标业绩的关键措施。

| Abstract: | The projects and jobs of geologic work are mostly identified as nonstandard "special process",so industry characteristic should be stressed, regarding process confirmation as key point in process of establishing quality management system. The essay puts forward system files should focus on job instructor about executing project and on project quality plan,and integrity of three-level quality check and acceptance system, modification of quality record, and strict control of disqualification are key measures in improving persistent standard achievement of geologic work. |
