薪酬管理课程教改探讨与实践

摘    要:薪酬管理课程是人力资源管理专业的一门专业主干课程,文章结合课程的教学实践,提出在追求教学模式改革创新的过程中应从优化教学内容、增强专业课程的实践性、改革教学方法等3个方面来构建开放性的教学模式,以达到提高教学质量的目的。

Abstract:The course of salary management is one of the professional courses in human resources mana-gement,the article combining of course teaching practice comments that optimizing teaching,enhancing the practice of professional course and reforming the teaching methods are the best way to build a new tea-ching method,so as to achieve the objective of improving the quality of teaching.
