渐进式改革对东西部差距扩大的因素分析

中国东西部地区经济发展的差距由来已久 ,但东西部地区发展差距的进一步扩大却是改革开放以后才显现出来的。本文指出 ,国家一系列具有渐进式特征的改革措施及其战略 (包括经济体制、价格体制、所有制结构、投资体制、财税体制、对外开放递进模式 )的实施 ,客观上拉大了东西部地区经济发展的差距 ,缩小这一差距的关键在于加快西部的市场化进程和把握市场化改革所带来的发展机遇。
