谈新疆城镇建设中的环境保护

特殊的干旱地理大环境使新疆的生态系统显得非常脆弱，新疆的城镇都依托有限的绿洲而存在。绿洲区既是生态敏感和环境退化区，又是社会适应和经济适度脆弱区，环境保护成为新疆城镇健康发展的关键问题。文章分析了新疆城镇的绿洲特点、分布特征以及城镇化中的环境问题，并提出了一系列环境保护对策，对新疆城镇建设的健康发展提供依据。

In the Urban Construction of Environmental Protection in Xinjiang

The ecosystem is very weak in terms of special arid climate and all towns exist rely on some oases in Xinjiang. All the oases facing problems such as sensitive ecology system, degenerative environment and weak society and economy system, so the entironment protection becomes the key question when we contract towns. This paper analyzed the oasis feature, the distribution characteristic and some environment issues during the process of urbanization in Xinjiang, then brought forward to a series of countermeasures to protect environment, it should contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the urbanization in Xinjiang.
