试论企业执行力文化的构建和培育

随着经济全球化程度的逐渐提高、我国改革开放的不断深化及通信技术的发展,企业赖以生存的环境日益恶化,而独特和完善的企业执行力文化将是企业在瞬息万变和竞争日益激烈的环境中获得生存和发展的法宝。因此,对于国内的企业来说,构建和培育执行力文化已迫在眉睫。文章在分析执行力文化对我国企业发展意义的基础上,提出了构建和培育企业执行力文化的基本对策。
