从电子商务到网络财务

互联网的存在 ,改变了企业传统的生存方式 ;电子商务的发展 ,使企业从传统以资金、产品为主的营销模式向以资金、信息为主的电子商务营销模式转变。资金流和信息流传递方式的变化 ,要求企业财务处理方式由原来的静态处理向动态处理转变 ;企业经营管理模式的变化和竞争的压力 ,使得网络财务成为财务管理又一新的手段。在电子商务经营模式下 ,网络财务使得财务功能多样化、集成化 ,企业财务与其他业务的协同化也有了进一步提高 ,财务管理更具灵活性。然而 ,由于技术安全性、内部管理、社会基础设施、网络管理成本控制等多方面的原因 ,全面实施网络财务还存在一些急需解决的问题。

FORM ELECTRONIC BUSINESS TO NETWORK FINANCE

The coming up of internet has changed the conventional way of the exisistance of enterprises; since the development of electronic business has changed the traditional marketing mode of enterprises marked mainly by the capital and products into the marketing mode characterized by the capital and information flow, enterprises are required to change the previous static way of finance treatment into dynamic way of finance treatment, the change of management mode of enterprises and the pressure of competition has turned internet into a new means of finance management.In the management mode of electronic business, internet has made the financial functions more diversified, more integrated, and improved the coordination of finance of enterprises with other business, as a result, the finance treatment has become more flexible.However, due to the factors such as the technical safety, internal management, enviromental infrastructure, the cost of network management and control, there are still some problems which need to be solved urgently to establish network finance completely.
