| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会是我国在新的历史时期提出的一个宏伟奋斗目标.本文提出走"新型工业化-农村城市化-小康社会"之路,大力发展以信息技术为主导的新型工业,转移农村剩余劳动力,推进农村城市化,使工业化与城市化协调发展,实现落后地区生产力的跨越式发展,从而全面建设小康社会.

| Abstract: | According to the need of its development, China has set for itself a magnificent target of constructing a well-to-do society.The paper discusses the effective ways to reach the aim and points out that neo-industrialization should be guided by information technology.The transference of surplus labor force in the rural area plays a vital role in urbanization.Industrialization ought to run parallel with urbanization.All these things make it possible to narrow the gap of regional economic development and to facilitate the leaping development of productivity.Therefore, the author concludes that it is neo-industrialization and urbanization that ensures the realization of a fairly prosperous society. |
