Hyperbolische foutenwet

Summary  (The hyperbolic law of errors).
In the first chapter some general questions concerning the error distribution are discussed and the deduction of the hyperbolic error distribution is given.
Next the properties of this distribution are shown and some fundamental data (standard deviation etc.) are determined.
Finally the hyperbolic error distribution is compared with the Gaussian distribution and tested in practice.
