城乡经济社会统筹发展的分析与评价

从国家的体制、制度和政策等带有"投入"性质的要素入手,从农业与非农产业发展、城乡居民收入与消费水平、城乡就业、教育、卫生与社会保障等带有"产出"性质的要素入手,对中国城乡经济社会统筹发展的现状进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明:中国城乡经济社会发展的差距仍然很大,为此必须建立城乡一体化的国民收入分配制度、资源配制机制、投入机制和农村金融制度。

Analysis and Evaluation of Overall Development of Urban and Rural Areas

The paper analyzed the level of overall development of urban and rural areas from the national system and the policies like investment nature and from the development of agriculture and non-agricultural industry, the consumption level of urban and rural areas, the level of employment, education, health and social security like production nature. The result is the gap between urban and rural areas is still so big, so we must integrate system of national income assignment, resources configuration, investment and rural finance to make overall development of urban and rural areas.
