| 摘 要： | 在建立城市资源利用效益评价指标体系的基础之上,利用社会科学统计软件包SPSS对国内34个直辖市、计划单列市和省会城市的土地利用效益情况进行了聚类,分析了我国不同区域城市在土地利用效益方面的各自特征,并对国内城市土地利用的整体状况进行了评价,对我国城市土地利用具有一定的实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the appraisal target system about the using benefit of city land, using the statistical package for the social science SPSS cluster analyzed the using benefit of city land of 34 municipalities, the plan single row city and the provincial capital city 1, analyzed the respective characteristic in different region of our country about the using benefit of city land. and appraised the overall condition. There are certain practical and instructional sense to the city land utilization of our country. |
